S&E CareTrade t/a Ramblegard (‘we’ or ‘us’) are a ‘data controller’ for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR requirements effective from 25th May 2018 (i.e. we are responsible for, and control the processing of, your personal information). We aim to comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR) and subsequently, we will only process your data for the purposes specified in this policy.
